Apologies I am well behind with all my blogs. There is just not enough hours in the days it seems anymore. We should be in Italy on holiday at present (sigh) but even with all holidays being cancelled we are still very busy!! I was hoping to have lots more new photos than just around the house.

DeleteBird baths are the best!
ReplyDeleteI could not agree more, if only I had more time to watch. Have a good day, Diane
DeleteIf I'm lucky I may see one Black Redstart in a full year. It seems strange to think of the bird as one that's a garden visitor. A new lens? We shall await the rush of pictures 😉
ReplyDeleteSounds like your owls have young ones around if there's more calling.
When we first moved here they were nesting in our barn but making such a mess everywhere that we discouraged them. They then moved into our tool shed so we could not get any tools out to garden!! That was a longtime ago though and when I only had the old small handheld Samsung which has since given up the ghost! I am not sure where they are nesting now but they are not far away.
DeleteI keep hoping with the owls. Keep well Diane
I love these shots and I also love your bird bath.
ReplyDeleteHa ha the 'bird'bath works works well. I have seen up to 8 sparrows in there at once not sure how they managed it!!
