A few birds seen in the garden this past week.

I have had little time for photography, too much to do in the garden and house with a huge harvest of fruit and vegetables.  Now trying to catch up a bit.
 
House sparrow (Passer domesticus)...

As above plus a male in 'jump' mode.

Eurasian collared dove (Streptopelia decaocto).

Eurasian blue tit (Cyanistes caeruleus) and a House sparrow.

19/09/2020 Delighted to see the Little Owl last evening.

 We were both in our barn when I said to Nigel listen, the Little Owls are calling to each other.  Nigel commented that one was right overhead, and sure enough there it was, one on our barn roof once again after what seems like months to me without seeing them but hearing them from time to time,

Little owl (Athene noctua).

Dunnock (Prunella modularis).

Great spotted woodpecker (Dendrocopos major), male.

Eurasian blue tit (Cyanistes caeruleus)...
