Super cute! Made me smile! Magpies are very common here and quite loud too😉
ReplyDeleteI hate the magpies, the eat the other birds eggs, they steal their food and they have even been known to kill the smaller birds, sigh. There arw a pair roosting in the neighbours tree so I have to put up with them.
DeleteStay safe Diane
Hi Diane - thuggish magpie ... but so pretty when not ousting little ones. Beautiful shots ... lovely day today - so hope your garden is enticing ... stay safe - Hilary
ReplyDeleteYes Hilary I could do without the magpies, they have only arrived here this year. Discovered I guess that there is easy food here for them!! Keep safe, things are certainly not getting much better as yet. Cheers Diane
DeleteWhat a colorful collection of visitors you have!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for sharing with us.
Thanks Wally for the visit and the comment, much appreciated. Diane
DeleteYour feeder birds are wonderful, in this post and below. But if these terrific photos were taken through what you describe as a not very clean window , I would be embarrassed to have you visit our home ))!
ReplyDeleteHaha, the problem is the birds spend a lot of time looking in the window and they make a mess of them!! They are always reminding me when the feeder gets low. Keep safe Diane
DeleteThe second photo looks like the statue is leaning in for a chat with the bird ;-)
ReplyDeleteI think the birds often have a chat with that young lad they seem to enjoy him 😊 Take care, cheers Diane
